Our all knowing and all seeing leadership in DC started packaging mortgage backed securities full of B loans again. Very quietly done awhile ago but those in charge thought they could lift the housing market which it did to a limited extent. If we have a recession falling back to near zero even with the new fake calculation method or if the markets decide to have a strong correction due to the 7.5 year anemic economy, we could see another 'wonderful buying opportunity' in housing in the not to distant future. The printing of money continues. Let's hope Leo and Dr. B can get P p2b started soon and have those interested pushing each other aside to see the results before a competitive offer.
