Providing
or establishing "standard of care" is not a violation of someone civil rights...
Providing Abortions is not a civil right...
If it were a civil right all hospitals and clinics would be required to except Roe v Wade and do abortions without exception...This is not the case
We have Private Insurance, Obamacare, Medicaid and Title 9 ( Hill-Burton) none are required to provide abortion funding...
Your assertion that abortion is a civil right and or regulation of abortion clinics and or implementing standard of care policy is a violation of civil rights is absurd...
Abortion Clinic's are no more than...Butcher Shops with no Constitutional foundation to exist.
If they do have a Constitution right to exist. Then states have the Constitutional right to regulate them under the law.
Your liberal activist judges are obstructionist to the states rights to govern.
