The Constitution is body of principles in which people or states have acknowledged to be governed.
From that we get our laws. However to change the principle of which those law are based one must have a constitutional amendment ratified by states governed by the constitution.
Up until that time. Interpretation of those laws are left to the people and states until which time there is a constitutional challenge.
The interpretation of the meaning of those core principles is left to the bias of the court. Leaving us with constitutional interpretations and activist interpretations.
So the Constitution isn't a Choice it is a principle.
Now with Roe v Wade. The ruling was kind of a punted back to the states. The key is viability of the fetus outside the womb. That question was left to the states. With science that number is down to 21 weeks. I would have to question with test tube babies that number is zero. Thus making abortion illegal.
The leftest judges are actually violating the states right to govern the roe v wade higher court ruling. If a fetus can live outside the womb in a test tube. Then there is almost zero tolerance for abortion. The State there for have the right to set there own abortion policy in accordance with the law.
