interesting subscriber based income on content, also going public, IPO or reverse merger?

I think about another rm into iTalk doesn't make sense to me when I think about it. But it would if it did happen make us rich.

But like with a reverse triangular merger all the companies stay seperate.

still can't get my head around out... looking forward to it all coming into focus soon... regardless of it being big or a small part for iTalk.
