You're confusing him with Tampa 357 who claimed the "mental defect" with Exhibit A.
And Kyle claimed the stupidity defense......I don't know where we got it, yet his testimony took the place of an affidavit.Funny how Tampa 357 forgot to submit that too when he filed Exhibit A.
For the record, can you define a "win" on Monday? Will the Judge not consider a hearing for Contempt or what?
Give us the threshold please because we were told that Kyle's deposition, where he admitted perjury and Tampa 357 followed by filing a correction was a great day.
