Time will tell. I know many attorneys only do what they are paid to do. But given Sullivan and Ashcroft having gotten their compensation in the form of an option to buy CTIX shares at $1.70 each, they have a definite self interest in slamming the bad guys and bringing some damages and penalties back to CTIX and shareholders. After all, they really get no remuneration below $1.70.

We can respectfully differ in our expectations.

I know I would kick in toward a class-action suit, but the prospect of collecting on contingency might be a good one for an attorney who knows this case inside-out already..
