Update on Hotels for Shareholder's Meeting:

Hello Mr. XXXXXX,
Yes sir, we just signed a contract with ALOFT Dallas and Hyatt Regency! I am just waiting for them to set up our account so people can start calling to make their reservations. The group name is under Rocky Mountain High. I’m not sure if you call now their system may not be updated yet as we just signed the contract this morning.
I will update your guest count to 3 people. If you can hold off till late afternoon to call either hotel I’m sure they will have us in the system by then.
