Who knows? It could happen. They could request a stay on conversions and file? They could get a summary judgement at any point? There could be a dismissal with prejudice as KBM often does?
What has me confused the most is a few saying that forum pumping is going on?? There is nothing further from the truth. All we've been talking about is how well the products are doing and what that could possibly transition into as far as future revenues. I don't find that pumping. As far as the company pumping themselves. I'd expect nothing less.
