No one is more "ultra-tired" than John Bordynuik, yet he still appears to work very long hours on behalf of shareholders, and has surmounted more than his fair share of obstacles.

He and Mr. Rauber appear very focused, as do their staff... and of course the sec timing is out of their hands.

Mr. Healy of the sec seemed to indicate recently something like "a couple months."
