On October 11, 2016, we notified our shareholders that our annual shareholders meeting will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Gilley’s Dallas, 1135 South Lamar, Lone Star Room, Dallas, TX 75215. The shareholder meeting will be informational in nature, and no proposals will be submitted to a shareholder vote.
