If the Electoral College can't be certified because of a Federal filed injunction on who voted and if they were a legal vote...it will go to the Supreme Court 4-4 Tie...
Goes back to the lower court ruling. If that ruling is to throw out the electorate.
Then you have a election redo.
However the question then would be placed on the law required to certify citizenship before the redo.
It would be a very just legal challenge. Congress could not do shit.
There is fraud in every state...all you have to do is find it and challenge it. Nixon/Kennedy Fraud was found Nixon won. He did not challenge the results.
