I thought only Loogy sales his sures! lol Ok, if you sell your shares? You can repurchase immediately, but you will be warned to wait until the first sale clears prior to selling again, unless you're not using the proceeds from that sale to purchase your new shares.
If the funds used to purchase new shares came from an unsettled sale (usually 2 to 3 bus. days), and you purchase and re-sell before the first sale clears, your account can be locked for 90 days per SEC guidelines.
