The MMs are just posturing... wonder if Rosen has shared with them the status of the negotiations regarding sanctions? Maybe they finally got some inside information on one of the trials? Whatever it is they are desperately trying to sell themselves shares below 1.25 but there are too many buyers that keep jumping in.
