Prices for WTI Crude, the US benchmark, are up by 2.6% to a 15-month high of $51.63 per barrel as of 10:43 a.m. ET. Meanwhile, prices for Brent Crude, the international benchmark, are up by 2.4% at $52.92 per barrel.
