Well considering there was no comment if GOB gave approval, my thought was that the company was somehow trying to tell is there is oil, but they couldn't go behind GOB's back and annouce  it. This is one of those shrewd type PR's that sorta let you know without being explicit...get my drift..

Why woud you try to pump "traces of oil"/?????does not make sense...That's why I think its a clue for the stockholders that are in for the long haul...

The weak hands will bail out...but the ones with the stomach for this, will hopefully be well rewarded...
