Obama: Trump's Rigged Election Claim Is 'Irresponsible Whining'
In recent days, Donald Trump has upped his rhetoric on the mainstream media being biased and the election process being rigged against him.
President Obama could not disagree more, and he made his views clear while speaking at the White House today.
He said that it is "irresponsible" of Trump to attempt to discredit the election process.
"There is no serious person out there who would suggest somehow that you could even rig America's elections," Obama said.
He pointed out that there are tens of millions of U.S. voters, with decentralized voting locations all over the country.
"There's no evidence that that has happened in the past or that there are instances in which this will happen this time," Obama said.
"And so, I'd advise Mr. Trump to stop whining, and go try to make his case to get votes."
