Benghazi Victim's Mom Will Attend the 3rd Presidential Debate as Guest of Trump
Pat Smith, the mother of Benghazi victim Sean Smith, will attend the third presidential debate on Wednesday as a VIP guest of Donald Trump.
Smith blames then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the death of her son in the 2012 terror attack on the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi, Libya.
She confirmed to Yahoo News she would accept the Trump's invitation to the final showdown between the candidates in Las Vegas.
“I think I’m going to be in the front row. But I’m not sure,” Smith said. “I want to look in Hillary’s eyes, and have her lie to me again."
In her speech at the Republican National Convention, Smith accused Clinton of lying to the families of the four Americans who were killed in the attack.
Smith said Clinton blamed the attack on a protest over an anti-Islamic video, rather than a planned assault.
