Audited financials should not be a problem for NTGL. We know there are no real shares available and our brokerage firms if they live up to their fiduciary responsibilities will have to go into the open market to buy the shares owed to their clients. I am hoping they have received expert advice in how to handle all aspects of this distribution. Those accumulating shares at this point are going to do very well and have one heck of a ride imo. Wouldn't surprise me if they were waiting for David to be actively involved. Go NTGL!!!
