as far as NAVAIR - that is for a limited segment and is particularly applicable for aerospace in the chinese market which currently lacks domestic production and foreign mfg's face a large import offset.
as far as the IR mumbo jumbo - even if they did - would they admit it...? they definitely respond to posts on here in their twitter feed. they respond directly. any number of people on here can attest to that.
