Yes, they could renegotiate the deal but we wouldn't know about it. I'm not sure what the OTC requires but I really don't care. I want to focus on the news that of the 6 TRUCKLOADS of product shipped to a very large distributor this last week. We need more like this. If we land a few more like this, this would change the way everyone thinks. We would be on the verge of a breakout. I want to know more about how long this deal took and if there are any more in the works. This is whats real at the current moment.

4. Amendment. This Letter of Intent may not be amended or modified except by a written instrument executed by each party's respective authorized representatives.
