No I didn't...
RHMB only came onto my radar this past week when the succeeded in getting off the pink sheets, so I wasn't following that discussion. I saw that they had an LOI with "possible" right up front, so I didn't take it as a done deal.
And who knows....just because this deal didn't get done, that doesn't preclude them from reaching an agreement in the future. Sometimes it takes a few kicks at the can to get things done.
