Expected annual evs are ~3.6M for Delta Stag and ~1.6M for MCV so I expect an annual revenue 2016 (to be disclosed shortly since the fiscal Q4 2016 ended Aug. 31st) of ~5.2 (+1/-0.2).
That IS ~15x times the current market cap, though, and the share price might explode upon clarification to the minimal convertible debt they held.
