Since $HIPH was trading at .04 and subsequently manipulated down by shorts and / or for reloading, the company has a new CEO and has now stated it's intention to consider expanding it's existing premium bottled water business into the CBD oil / hemp / medical marijuana health sector.
Due to the thin share structure for an OTC stock under .1, rapid moves upward have frequently taken place sometimes with investors buying relatively large amounts on the ask despite a buy / ask spread of .0050>.01 at times.
Worth keeping a close watch on and maintaining a lotto amounts of shares at all times when it is below .01.
