One of the other things they mentioned, was that they are going to focus on 4K studios due to the proliferation of 4K platforms entering the market, "- 4K studios will be a significant part of our strategy going forward. With the proliferation of 4K platforms entering the market, 4K content is needed by UltraFlix as well as other content partners. We are focused on ramping 4K studios activities significantly in Q4."
So what that indicates to me, is that they probably had to generate additional revenue by putting other projects before ours, resulting in minimal to no content produce for UF. That would make sense considering the absence of new downloads, to me anyway. So if they're ramping 4K studios to be significant by Q4, then I would also suspect a bit more dilution to purchase additional equipment to meet the demands of providing, possibly, contractual obligations. But that would also indicate to me they had to execute it this way, due to the fact they needed additional revenue to build out the equipment side. Time will tell. I hope I made sense.
