When contacting Jerry or Michael, the RMHB team or any company for all it matters I do recommend treating these individuals with respect. If you piss them off they may not be so receptive to fielding your calls or responding to your emails in the future.

The first couple of times I made these types of calls I wrote questions in advance so that I remembered to ask everything I needed to know.

I also recommend having a pad and pencil handy to write down notes during the conversation. I have realized my mind can sometimes be like a goldfish when it comes to recalling everything I had discussed.
