Ray, are you paid by the post or simply doing a "Chinese water torture" thing? Three or so weeks ago the share price was at something less than $.03 and today it is at $.09 or so. If you were selling as you should do because you hate the company and the CEO then you should be gone. Yet you stay and whine, whine, whine! Go away. I know that I am holding and while I expect to make a considerable profit on this I accept that the market has its own logic and I am not selling at this point. What I do not understand are people who complain, could have gotten out of the situation, but continue to WHINE. Please go away. The patent issue has been dealt with ad nauseum. IF a company funds and continually holds out a technology as its own then it is its own. NanoLogix did this. It holds the N-Assay out as the company's key technology and that along with the funding of the research establishes ownership of the technology. Again, please go away. I actually have begun to assume that this is your only source of income and you have to raise tired old complaints to pay for cereal.
