i share your concern as most should. every day closer to .dec 31 concurrent with a falling share price the concern grows. however, should they fail to meet this goal, what are the consequences? some will sell, sure... but goals are either met or they arent and then new ones are made from the information at hand.. if we take the SLAs to be true, then are you worried we will not see .01 after they kick in?
