Nice Pickup, I would say "NO"... and them saying 10 megs..same as Ultralfix....is a wounder.. NOW we shouldn't read into it... but it is a "LITTLE coincidental, no....
Plus MGO is owned by Comcast/NBC/Universal... wounder if they are one of these so called partners.... JUST MY THOUGHT..I did not what to say anything because it is far stretch... But the ULTRA HD Encode Companies are Harmonic/Elemental (owned by Amazon) and Ericsson.. I don't believe anyone else has HEVC encoding and they sure can't get to the sub 20 megs...JUST SAYING....
