You use the term loosely. Pump and dump is a scam and this is just wheeler dealers. Day traders flipping the stock is not the same thing as a "pump and dump" which many will take to mean insiders are behaving fraudulently. The great news/accomplishments are a catalyst for the day traders, which includes the MM who's playing the same game. PPS should trend upward in spite of the swings, but the increased liquidity from the great news will keep it volatile for a while since the price is still in range for big percentage swings.
