I'm not ragging on them, I'm a long hold investor in HJOE. I'm just wondering why they can't put out company issued PRs?
Little one sentence chirps on Twitter is either so little information or you have to decipher what they actually mean that it's not all that efficient compared to a well written PR.
I prefer official company issued PRs to communicate with shareholders, like all companies do.
Social media isn't a replacement for official communications with shareholders, it should just be an additional, secondary method for less consequential info.
Twitter is not a professional business platform. You have the cute pics of the nurse at fairs and customers buying the products, that's all good. But I don't get any idea of the financial health of the company by looking at a sexy nurse at a fair.
Again, Twitter doesn't replace official company communications. I get why they use social media and that's fine. They should use both PRs AND social media is my point.
I remember a while back there were some posts and Tweets where they said they weren't responsible to the shareholders. Maybe that's why they don't value official communications with us. I hope they have changed their stance on that.
I think 2017 will be a break out year for HJOE. I can't wait!
