in this sector market cap of an expanding company easily has a market cap 10x the P/S ratio...so for (easily) 20M revs in 2017 the RXMD pps fair market value should be around 60 cents
I expect that appreciation to happen over time once the 10 cents are cleared...churning around the 10 cents could start and go on through the first half of 2017 but after that all bets are on the table esp. since by then probably 25+ states "are being served"
