reason imo is 2 fold

usually *CEs* rarely show *volume* follow thru on back to back days ..

2nd .. they split the month for volume .. *resets* .. again imo

which is why i had noted previously this week .. i expected they'd have to
show volume by next week ..

that said .. i can't rule out .. we have another *entity* entering because they can

.. since only one actual
P2O long has picked off 40% of NN's *reporting* for September (reminder
NN's reporting of 68%+ showed *stress* due to inability to *split* significantly
that % with another MM) .. i'm thinking 2nd entity's ability to enter is *here*

and that was only one P2O investor .. there were others who also added and
bid sat in September and still bid sit ..

it will be interesting to see if the *pattern* of heirs/spares/splits and hiddens
remains as PTOI marches thru to 11.25.16
