Shekin I was giving a little insight that on the otc when
a stock has begun a rally like NTEK last two days and then in
pre-mkt activity you see the MM raise the ask
far above the previous close without raising the
bid of the previous close, it is a signal they
expect the price to reach that level in the days ahead.

Of course its not a 100%, but since I play these pennies
for a handsome living and have seen this signal
hundreds of times, its about 90% accurate.

So the MM's had the ask at .045 pre-mkt even though
we closed only at .028 yesterday. They also DID NOT
raise the bid pre-mkt which was .024. That's KEY
because it also tells you there was immediate BUY
PRESSURE at the open to make the stock GAP UP.
It was just an MM signal.
