because BTL SLA doesn't commence until 2017? you know this.
because share reduction hasn't started? you know tpac increase cash on hand from $10k to well over $100k and will buy back shares when the levels or optimal.
because there is no NWE yet? again you know when things will start commencing and know those NWE's will roll in when they are goddamm ready!
