If a basher can bring down a company from a forum, then the company was not going to make it to begin with. That is the reality here. Cannot blame one or two guys talking crap on a forum for the pps to be this low. That's mostly managements fault. But they still have a valid point to file a lawsuit for manipulation and slander to some degree.
