Does anyone follow barchart.com ?? It posts a buy/sell/hold recommendation. Cote has been rated STRONG SELL at 80% or higher much of the year and back in time. This morning Cote was rated 8 % BUY. I just checked and rating had been changed to 32% SELL. I cannot figure what the rating is based on, but, it must be based on computer algorithm. They rate all stocks, including pennies, so no way they have the manpower to do the rating. I have noticed what appeared to be a correlation between large volume and BUYS and STRONG BUY rating changes. I hold several hundred penny stocks and they all appear on the web site....just wondering.........
