You made the statement "We already know Kevetrin will be well-tolerated at therapeutic levels" and I hope humans react exactly as lab animals did to Kevetrin to make this statement true.  The first cohort, even though at low dosage, was a big step IMO to at least show it didn't react in some far different manner to human kidneys, liver, other vital organs so IMO  most agree with your statement that the tolerability test will prove positive.

My question is what do you consider well-tolerated? Not a challenge as I have no experience in this field whatsoever.  What I would like to know is whether IYO we should expect "no reaction" which I do not think is going to happen, "moderate" type of reaction where patients exhibit some forms of discomfort but not to the levels of prior chemo type treatments, or "moderate-severe" type reactions where the patients know they are getting hammered with a powerful treatment but it is not taking them all the way to the protocol levels to be declared MTD?  My belief is the "moderate" is most likely but then since no poisons are being given to the body why would moderate,major, or severe reactions be expected at all?
