Its some flat stuff going on with HJOE stock wise. I don't see an end in sight right now. The fact that the fundies are so strong are what is buoying the PPS, otherwise I think we would see it jump below the 13 level its been fighting off. Great for those that have the nerve to pick up more, but I do think this will flat line until year end. A bombshell like settlement, TRO or summary judgement would more then likely send it 2-3 tenths. Filings? Who knows where it would land. All IMO.
