I guess with enough money and guts someone could short it down to whatever they wants. Might be true of most penny stocks.
Shorts usually like to think in terms of round numbers like .001, .01, .10, 1.0, etc. Investors are usually focused on market cap compared against the assets the company has vs. some even sp number.
Assets are worth far more then the market cap which is why there are a lot of klingons around waiting to jump in on news.
