Looks to me like they are trying to avoid filling buy orders. (Thanks to those that are sitting at the bid because you are no doubt pissing off the shorts) They must realize that longs are continuing to accumulate in expectation of good news. If that news is in fact good they also know they are facing losses here. Most longs imho are here to extract a measure of revenge and will not be selling cheap.
No doubt lots of folks are watching closely and will make money trading this and that's good too. Obviously there will be some who once they achieve break even will sell and be gone but for others they will not sell a share. Looking forward to what is filed next and hoping it is good. Go PTOI!!!
