Looks like no one is taking you up on your challenge. I did a search and could not find "Nanologix" anywhere in the patent paperwork.
"Do a patent search and post what you find showing this has been assigned to nanologix. There is nothing. Only thing showing is barnhizer and faro as inventors. That is why I suggested the company may have the exclusive right to the product as with the flat pack and do not own it. I've seen nothing from the company stating the N Assay is owned by Nanologix and nothing on a patent search showing that either. So if your so sure, prove it."
