Nice Try...But Wrong Entity
I spoke with the listing agent selling the Domain name. Due to a non disclosure agreement they could not tell me who listed the Domain Name "DUTV" for sale. However, they were allowed to tell me how long the seller had owned the "Domain Name DUTV". And the answer is since 2000. So that takes this all the way back to the articles of incorporation prior to Joseph Muse and Joseph Passalaqua. The involvement of Mr. McHenry came well after that point, its all matter of record listed in the public filings.
There is a big difference in the Domain Name and a Stock Symbol listed on the OTC Pink Sheets that was incorporated in the State of Delaware.
Anyone can own or register a domain name, it's theirs as long as they are current.
