Has it occurred to you that John didn't have the option of stepping down from the CEO and Board positions until the company had additional financing so he could pay some one to do the jobs he was doing? Of course the the pipe investors had something to say about that.

No one is thrilled about where things are now. The SEC case is a major unknown. Major production is just getting underway.
