The hundreds of people I watched taste it at the festival had no reason at all to give biased opinions. They had never even heard of the company.
About 40% of those that tased it bought some on the spot and buying jerky sure wasn't what they came for. The look on some of their faces as they tasted one they really liked was unmistakable and can't be faked. Of course many people have different tastes and are drawn to different flavors.
