It's amazing that when you put forth the Constitution you find so many reasons for a revolution in this nation given the current...and not so current.....breach of such said LAW!
It is not a right or left thing.....both are equally at fault. The federal Government has no legal right to issue tax. Only the state(state,commonwealth,republic) has that right. Congress has no right to allow such....and so it goes.
ps....eliminating tariffs all together should entice this nation to make an amendment to said law....until then...........there is no argument for the allowance of a Federal Income tax....only a State et al tax.
The Federal Government is only allowed to collect such...not impose. !!!!!!!!!!
