t trades are often....and incorrectly... categorized as dilution.
they are simply an average of the intra day trades that do not get on the books within the allotted trading hours?
but why?
out to debate...
imo....now....maybe more of a hope...is that the T Trades signify the amount of shares purchased by $TPAC$ within the day but get posted as at trade to not unjustifiably effect the pps....imagine every t trade being a piece of the share buyback program. wishful thinking...?
