It is the results of becoming FULLY SEC COMPLIANT that will have a impact on the share price.
1. It will attract banking lenders to offer low interest funding options.
2. Brokerage houses will now begin regular analysis of the company now that there are SEC filings.
3. The basis of being acquired all begins with corporate transparency
4. It will attract long term investors as opposed to momentum traders and stock flippers
5. Large distributors and retailers require corporate financials prior to adding products that will be stocked on a regular basis.
6. The company is no longer considered a "startup"
These are just a few of "off the top of my head" thoughts on the benefit of becoming fully transparent and upgrading to a more established tier on the OTC Marketplace.
