I don't play pennies often....
But I used to a lot.....and many times I've seen big positives become evident, but then the stock trades down. I suspect that brokerages Making a Market in RMHB may just see the positive potential here as well.....and if they're engaging in a little MMM to load up their shelves in advance of a run...I won't complain.
Its how the game is played...of course I could be wrong too
