Unfortunately it's because Eric seems totally incapable of providing the shareholders accurate information and then wonders why the share price suffers. The best thing that could happen to this company is to hire and experienced CEO or COO and let Eric concentrate on the one thing he does best smoozing with his hollywood buddies. They have a good business plan but unfortunately due to his incompetence they can't complete it.
