If I suffered from chronic UP and nothing had given me relief until this drug trial, I might be hesitant to take a chance that the very invasive endoscopy would trigger a relapse; particularly knowing that I could not get more Brilacidin to cure said relapse.
"Also the fact that one of the 4 patients who was helped by Bril nevertheless refused the final endoscopy shows exactly how invasive that test is, and why it is so incredibly stupid for the bashers to claim that there ought to be a control group for this trial. It would be unethical to subject someone to invasive and potentially dangerous tests, when there would be NO chance of benefit to themselves because they were getting a placebo." - Drano
